At Knuckleheads Clothing, we understand that buying online can be tough, and we are here to make that process as easy as possible. Return your unwashed, unworn items within 30 days for a refund! Items marked FINAL SALE and GIFT CARDS are not eligible for returns.

Provide your order number and email, and you will receive a USPS label for your return shipment. Items that are returned for a full refund will have $6.99 withheld from their refund to cover the cost of return shipping unless we made an error. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.

Items that are RETURNED FOR STORE CREDIT will NOT have money withheld from their refund, and the return label will be provided free of charge.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Once your products are packed and ready for shipment, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. You can monitor the progress of your package in transit. 

For standard shipped packages, expect delivery within 7-14 business days. If your package is shipped priority, please anticipate delivery within 3 business days. It's important to note that these delivery time frames are only estimates, and we cannot guarantee the exact date or time of delivery once the package is in the carrier's possession.

We understand that receiving your order on time is of utmost importance, and we strive to meet your expectations. While we make every attempt to ensure timely delivery, factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, carrier issues, or other unexpected events, may impact the delivery schedule. In the event of a delay, we assure you that our team is actively monitoring the situation and working diligently to resolve any issues promptly. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Shipping charges are calculated based on the region of destination. Free shipping is not offered on international orders, and all shipping fees are nonrefundable. 

If your region is not listed, please contact us at info@knuckleheadsclothing.com with the recipient’s address and details of the product(s) you wish to order. We will assess your inquiry and look into potential options that may be available to you. Depending on the recipient’s location, delivery times may extend anywhere from 45 to 60(+) days. It’s important to note we receive limited tracking updates from the carrier while the package is in transit, and daily updates cannot be actively monitored.

MISDELIVERY:

Customers must ensure the accuracy of address details during checkout. If a package is shipped to an incorrect address due to providing incorrect information, the customer is responsible for retrieving the misdelivered package or covering any loss incurred.

In cases where a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete address and the package is returned to us, the customer is obligated to pay additional shipping charges for reshipment to a complete and deliverable address.

Within 30 Days of purchase in brand new condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with tags attached in original packaging. 


Non-Eligible Products:

Final Sale*, Clearanced, Bundles, Free gift, Past 30 Days of purchase, Non-resellable condition (worn, washed, altered, or damaged), Tags removed, Straw Hats, Gift Cards, Internationally shipped products.


Your first qualifying exchange is on us! To get started, send us an email at info@knuckleheadsclothing.com with your order number and product(s) you’re requesting to exchange, and attach photos of the product(s). Exchange requests are processed within 5-7 business days. 

If your product(s) meet the criteria and your request is approved, you will receive a one-time prepaid exchange shipping label via the email associated with the order number. Please ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged and shipped within 7 days of receiving the provided shipping label. Note that all trucker hats and fedoras must be shipped in the same or a similar box, as shipping them in mailers may result in damage and non-acceptance.

Once the package has been delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to receive and inspect the returned product(s). Upon approval of inspection, you will receive a store credit via email for the purchase price of the returned product(s). You can use this store credit for your next purchase by redeeming the provided code during checkout.

Any additional exchange requests for the same order number processed at a different time or date will incur a $6.99 shipping charge deducted from the issued store credit amount.

If your product(s) are eligible and your request is approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label for the amount of $6.99, which will be deducted from the total refund amount. The product(s) will need to be packaged and shipped within 7 days of receiving the provided shipping label. Note that all trucker hats and fedoras must be shipped in the same or a similar box, as shipping them in mailers may result in damage and non-acceptance. Please be sure to pair the item with the correct package and label. Items sent to us by mistake, with the wrong label, or that do not meet our return criteria won't be returned to you or refunded. 


After the package is delivered, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to receive and inspect the returned product(s). Upon approval, you will be refunded to the original payment method, with a deduction of $6.99 for the return shipping label cost. Please note any original shipping charges or shipping upgrades are nonrefundable. Refunds can take 5-7 business days to reflect on the original form of payment.

**BUNDLES: Products purchased at bundled savings will no longer qualify for sale pricing. If one or more items are returned, the price of the kept item(s) will result in regular pricing and will be calculated against the refunded amount.


***FREE GIFT: In the event that a purchased item is returned from the order originally qualifying to receive a Free gift, the amount of the Free gift will be deducted from the refund amount or the Free gift will be required to be returned with additional returned item(s). 

 

Am I required to return the free gift if I return my order or an item that made me eligible for it in my order?

If you return an order or part of an order that qualifies for a free gift based on a certain spending amount, you'll need to return the gift item as well. If the returned items bring the order value below the qualifying amount for the gift, the cost of the gift item will be deducted from your refund. For instance, if we offered a free item with a $50 purchase and you returned part of the order, causing the total to fall below $50, the gift item must also be returned, or the full amount of the gift item will be charged to you.  

 

RETURNING A GIFT : If you receive an item as a gift, you will be issued store credit equivalent to the return's value. Proof that the item has been purchased in the past 30 days is required. You are responsible for the shipping charges to our warehouse when returning a gift.
